Family Camp 2010

In July ERChurch of Wroclaw hosted an annual Family Camp with Peter Leithart as speaker. He spoke on the Passion of Christ from the Gospel of Matthew.

On April 30th – May 2nd a second European Conference of Reformed Evangelical Churches took place in Burgas, Bulgaria. Our speakers were Rev. Jeffrey J. Meyers from Providence Reformed Presbyterian Church in St. Louis and Dr. Richard Bledsoe. We had 15 participants from 5 countries (Bulgaria, Hungary, Poland, Ukraine, and USA). English classes in Diosd

The Reformed Evangelical Church in Diósd, Hungary (just outside of Budapest), began a new round of English classes on Wednesday, January 13. We have several dozen students at four different levels. The classes are taught by Attila Hajdú and Jeff Moss from the church, along with Michelle Custer, and are held at the International Christian School in Diósd where Attila and Michelle have been working.

Our church is offering these low-cost English classes as a service for our community and as a way for people to hear the Gospel and find out about the church. Every Wednesday evening in between two hours of English lessons, we have a break during which we give the students a presentation on some Biblical topic and allow time for discussion. The English classes have been a way for us to get to know many local people and spread some information about our mission church to a wider circle. We pray that the Lord will work through this outreach to give us lasting friendships through which the Gospel can be heard and understand, and people added to the Kingdom of God.

On May 1-3 we held the the 1st European Conference of Reformed Evangelical Churches in Budapest, Hungary. Rev. Jack Phelps, Presiding Minister of the CREC, spoke on Communion of Saints, and Dr. James B. Jordan spoke on Worship of the Church. We are entering the final stage of preparations for the European Conference of Reformed Evangelical Churches in Budapest, Hungary. It last for two days: May 1-2. There will be two speakers: Jack Phelps (Minister of the CREC) and James B. Jordan (Director of Biblical Horizons). They will speak on: Communion of the Saits and Reformation of Worship.
